Hairo is a business in the e-Commerce industry that offers online retail.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-5 business days for the economy shipping option and 1-2 business days for the express shipping option. Delivery will be confirmed by email with a tracking number from the relevant courier company. Any orders placed after 12:00 pm will only be processed the next day.

Export Restriction

Due to certain export restrictions, the offerings on this website are available only to South African clients and neighboring countries.

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Hairo is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Hairo will refund the client in full within 30 days using the same method the original order was paid for. Damaged or returned goods will only be refunded or replaced upon receipt and inspection of the defective or unwanted items, and if within the warranty period.

Customer Privacy Policy

Hairo shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” is defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, or Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT) into the Hairo account, the details of which will be provided upon request.

Card Acquiring and Security

Card transactions will be acquired for Hairo via PayGate, the approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by Hairo separately from card details, which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Hairo takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction, including the sale of goods and services on this website, customer service, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa, and Hairo chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement:

About Hairo

Hairo provides an online marketplace at hairo.co.za, through which individuals may sell their products to third parties (the “End Users”). By uploading your products to the Hairo Marketplace, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is a contract between hairo.co.za and you (“Seller”) and sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the hairo.co.za Marketplace to sell your products and services.

Hairo may, at its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you in advance of any material changes to this Agreement and post a notice of such change on the Hairo website for at least thirty (30) days after the changes are posted.
